COVID-19 and Refund Policies
While New York State and New York City have lifted some COVID precautions, the venue requires that all attendees show proof of vaccination. We are working with the Lotos Club to ensure safe and accurate verification. You can submit verification in three ways:
1) in advance of the event, by sending a scan of your vaccination card to banquet@hollandsociety.org,
2) at the event, by showing your vaccination card at the door,
3) at the event, using the New York State app “Excelsior Pass” or another similar digital application.
Additional Precautions
All attendees will need to show proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of the event. Test results can be emailed in advance to banquet@hollandsociety.org or shown at the door. Several options are available to you, and are listed below.
Walgreens and CVS offer drive-through testing. Find Walgreens testing availability here and CVS testing availability here.
There are many testing sites around Manhattan. If you would prefer to make an appointment for a test, please use this link to find eligible testing centers. Appointments are generally available up to a week in advance. If you would prefer to walk in, please use this link to find nearby eligible testing centers.
At-home tests are also readily available. You can order these online at Walgreens or CVS (be sure to search for rapid at-home testing if not available at these links).
The Holland Society will have a small number of tests available at the Lotos Club for testing prior to the event. If this is an option you would like to have, please email info@hollandsociety.org to reserve a test. Tests are limited, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Masks must be worn in the building until a negative test result is received.
We thank you for your care for our community and your efforts in keeping these events as safe as possible!
Please contact the office at info@hollandsociety.org with any questions! We will not be able to make any exceptions to this policy. If proof of vaccination and a negative test result are not provided either in advance of the event, or on the evening of the event, we will not be able to admit you to the event. If you would prefer a refund for your tickets, please contact the office by March 24th via email. We look forward to seeing you!
