Postponement due to the Coronavirus Outbreak
Dear Members, Friends, and Guests,
After much careful thought and consideration, we have decided to postpone the Annual Meeting and Dinner, originally scheduled on April 4th, due to the coronavirus outbreak. We will be rescheduling the event for the summer and will keep you informed of the new date. The event will take place at the Lotos Club and we will still present the Medals of Distinguished Achievement in the Performing Arts to Carolyn McCormick and Byron Jennings at that time.
If you have already purchased your tickets to the Annual Dinner, we will keep you on the list of attendees for the postponed event. If you do not think you will be able to attend and would like a refund, please contact Sarah at info@hollandsociety.org and she will work with you.
Please note that if you have made reservations at the Warwick Hotel, you are able to cancel them with no penalty and the special rate will be available for the summer event.
The online proxy ballot remains open for votes. We will be distributing more information in the coming days about how the voting process will work this year.
