On October 30th, 2021, the Holland Society celebrated its 131st Annual Dinner Dance at the prestigious Lotos Club in Manhattan. The evening was marked by elegance and artistic flair, highlighted by the awarding of the 2021 Gold Medals for Distinguished Achievement in the Performing Arts to Carolyn McCormick and Byron Jennings. The talented duo captivated the audience with a stirring reading from Noël Coward’s “Private Lives.” The ceremony also featured a speech by the Society’s President, Adrian Bogart, who praised the accomplishments of the honorees as they graciously accepted their medals, making the event a memorable celebration of cultural and historical significance.
