Visitor Policy for the Holland Society of New York Library
The Holland Society Library is open free of charge to visitors 13 years and older. Appointments must be made at least 7 days in advance and the reason for appointment detailed.
- Appointments are limited to 1 timeslot per week.
- Appointments can be made for Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm based on availability
- The Library closes at 4:00 pm
Items of interest should be requested at least one business day in advance of your appointment.
The Society has one computer available for use. You are encouraged to bring your own laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
The office does not have storage space for luggage. Food and beverages are not allowed in the Library.

Please contact appointment@hollandsociety.org at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled visit if you would like to request any specific material to be available to you.
